Wink Crigler, fifth generation cattle rancher, owner of X Diamond Ranch, leads tours of ranch museum buildings, fishing expeditions, rents cabins and is a fascinating speaker of local history.
She joined us at Molly Butler’s (her grandmother’s restaurant in Greer) where we ate X Diamond Ranch beef and other delicious entrees for lunch. The mud pie was delicious.
